If you are looking for a therapist, chances are you are seeking ways to deal with some challenges in your life. Or maybe you just want to have a safe space to talk about issues that are important to you. We provide therapy that focuses on personal healing and growth along with a deeper connection to yourself and others. We also provide compassionate support to help you better understand your feelings and thoughts, find new ways of coping, and to help you feel more alive and authentic.


As therapists, we work from some basic beliefs: 

  • people are doing the best they can at any given time

  • you are the expert of your life, not us

  • patterns are learned and can be unlearned

  • you already possess the inner wisdom you need; our job is to help you access that wisdom to make the changes you desire

  • even behaviors that don't serve us almost always have a positive intention behind them and have arisen in response to previous life events


We all identify as LGBTQIA+, sex-positive, kinky, polyamorous affirming/practing, anti-racist, trauma-aware, attachment-based, sex worker positive, neuro-divergent affirming, and body-positive. Whatever the reason you may seek therapy, you are most welcome here. 


We know things are overwhelming right now as we all navigate the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and now MPV. In order to increase safety for all, our appointments are currently taking place remotely via Simple Practice, a HIPAA-compliant (end-to-end encrypted) platform. We are also making an effort to take on more low fees and sliding scale appointments to improve access to needed mental health care services.
